Selah Wellness & Aesthetics

Meet Jennifer Regan, Nurse Practitioner and Owner

Jennifer Regan is a nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience and a clinical background spanning aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, cardiology, cardiovascular risk reduction, and complex medical care.

Jennifer’s introduction to aesthetics began while working in plastic surgery in Los Angeles, where she gained early experience and training in aesthetic and surgical patient care. That foundation helped shape her appreciation for facial anatomy, proportion, balance, and results that enhance rather than change a person’s natural features. She has continued to build upon that experience through advanced aesthetic education and hands-on training in injectable treatments, facial balancing, skin rejuvenation, and regenerative aesthetics.

As the founder of Selah Wellness & Aesthetics, Jennifer brings together her aesthetic training and extensive medical background to provide a thoughtful, individualized approach to care. Rather than focusing on a single treatment, she considers the whole person—from facial structure and skin health to overall wellness and healthy aging.

Her philosophy is simple: the best aesthetic results shouldn’t make you look different—they should help you look refreshed, balanced, and confidently yourself.

Beauty is not about changing who you are. It’s about restoring harmony, health, and confidence.
